Sharise Wedding

Sharise trained in dance throughout her youth with New York Radio City Rockette, Betty McHardy, her focus being on tap, jazz, lyrical, stage and musical theatre. She also received extensive ballet training under Nadia Kalmanovskaya.

Sharise began her professional dance career with a Vancouver-based dance group where she performed all over British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest including the opening ceremonies for Expo 86. Her dance career also allowed her to perform and train throughout the United States, including Seattle, Los Angeles and New York City.

Sharise founded K&S Dance in 1991 with long-time friend, Kari Player. In 2001 Sharise became the sole owner and director. She is a qualified teacher of the Al Gilbert Tap & Jazz technique, having completed the highest levels of this syllabus. Her students have gone on to dance with all major cruise lines, the Radio City Rockettes, various professional modern and contemporary dance companies, and toured and appeared in commercials and music videos with various musical acts.

With an amazing faculty, she continues to grow and expand the K&S Dance Family.
