Josh Candelaria

Joshua "Josh Candy" Candelaria (he/him) is a dancer and choreographer born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He grew up watching the movies "Honey" and "You Got Served", which influenced his interest to start dancing. Josh Candy is one of the pioneer members of NXG Company, a dance team founded & directed by Alexander Chung. Being a part of NXG inspired him to pursue dance as a career and paved the way for all the accomplishments he has achieved today. To name a few, Josh Candy has danced back up for Janet Jackson at her "Unbreakable" World Tour in Edmonton, premiered in TV competition, "World of Dance Philippines" and recently wrapped an all Asian Lionsgate Movie. Now living in Vancouver, he has been able to invest in his craft as a choreographer and dancer. His passion for teaching has grown immensely over the years, and he strives to give his best and provide a positive environment to his students.
