Angela Hankins

Angela has been with K&S since they opened their doors in 1990.  She trained in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical and hip hop throughout her years of dance. She also successfully completed her tap and jazz exams under the Al Gilbert syllabus. As she got older she shared her time at the studio between taking classes and student teaching. Eventually, her love of dance turned into a teaching career that lasted for almost two decades.

After the birth of her twins in 2010, Angela decided to focus her time at K&S in the office so she could be home more with her children. She now spends her evenings and Saturday mornings at the dance school organizing costumes, recitals, competitions and payments. Angela has also worked full-time as an Office Manager for a local company in Port Coquitlam since she was 19. She is a busy, working mom of two young children, both of whom have joined the K&S family. She loves watching them learn and grow up in an environment that holds such a special place in her heart.
